The Scout Association is embarking on an exciting and innovative volunteer development programme in 2017. We are delighted that Alec Tomlinson, Assistant District Commissioner Recruitment was selected to take part in the pilot. Whilst this is a national programme, here in Axe District we are currently working to create out own local development approach.
