Age 4-14 years (Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts)
If you are interested in joining then please click the button below to fill out a form and register your interest. Please note the minimum age to register is 5 years old. There is no need to get in touch with individual groups as they all use this one registration process.
Please note that you should receive a confirmation email/message when submitting your child’s information. If for any reason you are concerned the form did not complete correctly, please contact join@axescouts.org.uk.
Once you have registered your interest, your child will be added to our waiting list and we will be in touch as soon as a space becomes available. If you don’t choose a specific group we will place you on the district waiting list . You can only be registered on the waiting list with one Group in our District.
We are always looking for new adult volunteers to help us provide the challenge and adventure of Scouting to more young people. For each adult that volunteers it means 6+ young people can potentially join Scouting. For more information see the Volunteer with Scouts page. It is also often possible for children of ‘active Scouting volunteers’ to join much sooner than they otherwise might be able to.
Age 14-18 (Explorers)
If you are interested in joining then please click the button below to fill out a form and register your interest. You will need to select one of the Explorer Scout Units in the Preferred Group box or leave it blank and we will place you on the waiting list for the most appropriate Unit near to where you live.
