Kandersteg, Switzerland International Visit August 2028

We are pleased to announce that we are organising a District International trip to the Kandersteg International Scout Centre in Switzerland in August 2028

This will be an exciting trip abroad with the chance to meet Scouts from all over the world and take part in some fantastic activities like White Water Rafting, High Ropes Course and Hikes in the glorious Swiss Alps.

The cost for the trip is likely to be in the region of £1100 which will include all travel costs, insurance, activities, food and accomodation. We expect to do some fundraising as part of the build up to the trip to help subsidise the cost.

For now we would like to get an idea of numbers. So if your Scout/Explorer is interested in coming on the trip please complete the Expression of Interest form below. Filling in the form doesn’t commit you to anything. Once we have an idea of numbers we can then put a more accurate cost together and start to put a plan in place for the trip.

Young People must be a signed up member of Axe District at the time of travel and be between the ages of 10.5 and under 18 to attend the trip
